VINIFICATION AND AGEING
The Glera grapes are softly pressed and the must is kept at 0°C until ready for the natural sparkling process that takes place in stainless steel pressurized tanks.

COLOUR
Straw-yellow colour with brilliant reflections and a gentle mousse.

BOUQUET
Fresh and fragrant, with a marked aromatic character rich in floral scents of wisteria flowers.

FLAVOUR
Very pleasant and fresh, with pleasant fruity nuances and a sweet almond finish. 

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 8° - 10° C.
