Zonin UK is the UK branch of Casa Vinicola Zonin, the largest private vine growing and winemaking company in Italy. Zonin UK was established in 2006 as a means to increase control of the quality and distribution of Zonin wines, Zonin Family Brand & Estate Wines in the United Kingdom. This is important to the Zonin family as the main purpose of Zonin UK is to maintain the quality of the wine "from the vineyard to the glass”.
Zonin UK operates as an independent business unit and performs all the main functions from sales to marketing, from import to distribution of Italian wines in the UK market with the aim of achieving a leadership role in the On-Trade scenario by providing wine solutions directly “from the vineyard to the glass” and by ensuring the highest quality experience for all wine enthusiasts, in all customer segments.
Zonin UK provides added value to their customers by removing intermediaries between wine producer and distributor.
This allows Zonin UK to effectively monitor and continuously improve its performance throughout the supply chain. Zonin UK adopts a strategy of organic growth, by reinvesting all the profits generated back into human resources and marketing activities.
This unique business model allows Zonin UK to focus on its core business offering a complete portfolio of Italian wines to the U.K. On-Trade channel.

The Zonin family
VINTNERS SINCE 1821
The Zonin family have been vintners since 1821 and today control the largest private vine growing and winemaking company in Italy. Domenico Zonin succeeded his father in 2014 as President of the company and that year his two brothers Francesco and Michele Zonin also became Vice-Presidents. Together they form the seventh generation of wine producers. It was their Father: Gianni Zonin, who transformed the company from a local business to a global enterprise over a period of 40 years.
THE NEW GENERATION
The company’s headquarters remains in Gambellara, in the province of Vicenza. Today the new generation head the company with vision and foresight while remaining true to the company’s long-standing dedication to the land and its produce. The family mission continues to be:

WINE DELIVERY
As the uncertain situation surrounding Covid-19 continues to develop on a daily basis, we appreciate it is a difficult and uncertain time for many. Here at Zonin we would like to inform you that we are still accepting and fulfilling private client orders in London and our Customer Service department is running. STAFF TRAINING
Zonin UK offers a variety of programs designed for the distribution of wine, retail and hospitality sectors. These services are dedicated to the training of service staff with the intention to increase the knowledge of wine and to raise the level of customer service and satisfaction. We want to ensure your employees can sell our wines with confidence. Our training support will take your team through everything they need to know about our wines and the tale and the history behind those wines. With this knowledge and confidence they will be able to identify opportunities to increase sales in the process.
WINE TASTING
Wine tastings are great opportunities for promoting and stimulating the knowledge of Italian wines. Alongside descriptions of winemaking processes and the sensory evaluation of the wines selected, our staff/wine educator will take the audience trough a virtual experience aimed to discover Italian regional culinary traditions, geography, history and culture relating to the wine, as well as giving guidelines and advice on what to look for and how to describe wines. Wine tastings are versatile; they can be a formal event, a relaxed experience with friends, a corporate event or a meeting for a private group. Through these tastings, we aim to share our long term experience and passion for wine.
WINE LIST DESIGN
Are you a restaurant owner or a manager wondering how to improve your wine list, but have no idea where to start? Are you thinking of providing a ‘wines-by-the-glass’ program, but need to learn more? At Zonin UK we are able to assess your individual needs and provide a personal and preliminary evaluation of how to revise your current wine offerings to incorporate economical wines and current trends with your menu. We also offer a wide range of Point of Sale and seasonal promotional printed materials to keep your list fresh and relevant. Our team
Our Team The Zonin UK Head Office is situated in Richmond, Surrey and is divided into 3 departments: Accounts, Sales and Marketing. The whole team is led by Gianluca Antonini our General Manager. Outside of the Head Office, Zonin UK have a growing team of 42 Sales Agents nationwide covering the UK from Cornwall to Edinburgh.
